Breakfast is a very nutritious drink of either vegetables or fruits. Choose any combination you wish, just ensure you include some green food in each serving.


For instance; carrots, apples and spinach. Or beetroot, tomato and kale.

For lunch prepare a large raw, organic salad which contains at least 7 different varieties of foods. Top your salad with sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and prepare an dressing of olive oil and lemon juice.


Choose your vegetables from the following: collards, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, watercress, kale, rocket, radicchio, fennel, carrots chard, turnips, parsnips, radishes, beetroot, celery, yams, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and swedes.

Dinner is a serving of either lentil soup or split peas soup served with rye bread or crispbread. Alternatively you can prepare some steam brown rice and serve with steamed vegetables or stir fry.
